Karma Satisfied

Enough!
I get it -- I understand
This insanity brought upon me
By my own hand.
Karma.
Teaching me -- lesson severe
Custom hewn
My own past words and thoughts
In this life brought me ruin.
Karma.
A woman rejected -- reason fat
Clothes that never do fit right
Folds of flesh wrapped in sweat
Lying alone at night.
Karma.
People laughing - yes, at me
I hide behind chocolate cake
Never getting love or respect
Because of choices I make.
Karma.
Enough!
I see -- what I have done.
To satisfy Karma's game
I had to live what I once mocked
Thus, I became the same.
Karma.
This life has shown me full well
The hell of my past sins
Never more will I obesity berate
Today my new life begins.
Karma satisfied.
